1. Introduction

Welcome to The Office Boise. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our workspace facilities, including the podcast studio, executive boardroom, and private offices located at 9th & Front Street, Downtown Boise, Idaho.

2. Booking and Payments

All bookings must be made in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the booked rate.

3. Cancellation Policy

We offer a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate professional schedules:

• Full refund for cancellations made up to 7 days before the booking start time.
• 50% refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the booking start time.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time.

4. Use of Space and Equipment

The facilities and equipment must be used responsibly and solely for professional, business, or creative purposes. Our podcast studio equipment is high-end; any damage resulting from misuse or negligence will be billed to the person or entity that made the booking.

5. On-Site Producer

Bookings for the Podcast Studio include an on-site producer whose role is to operate cameras and audio equipment. The producer is not responsible for content creation, editing, or post-production unless otherwise agreed upon in a separate service contract.

6. Liability

The Office Boise is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought into the premises. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Office Boise from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of the space.
